This Land is a rural landscape studio, design lab, and adaptive reuse experiment based in upstate New York.
Founder Jess Hamilton is a licensed landscape architect with experience designing award-winning public parks, healing gardens, and innovation campuses at Mikyoung Kim Design. With deep roots in Delhi she founded This Land to connect people and place.
We’re also founding tenants of the Delhi Motors adaptive reuse project, a community of designers, trade, and craftspeople re-imagining rural spaces. Our focus is close to home in the Catskills and Hudson Valley, but we’re open to collaborations across the Northeast. If you’re interested in working together reach out - we’d love to hear from you.
